	SAND AND WARM SPRINGS

6 days and 5 nights in the Sahara, beginning and ending at Timbaïn.
(Plus 2 nights accommodation.)

Example: Arrive Friday night and transfer from Djerba or Tozeur airport to a small hotel in Douz.

Saturday morning - time to browse the local market before travelling by 4x4 vehicles to Timbaïn where you join your guide, camels, and camel drivers, who have already travelled across the desert for three days to meet you.


	By camel, you will ride from Timbaïn through the high dunes of the Grand Erg Oriental, possibly meeting bands of nomadic Bedouin on the way.


	You can watch the sunset behind the small mountain of Timbaïn, and pass wells and oases on the way to Hwidhat Errechad.

Hwidhat Errechad is a beautiful lake, and lost in the middle of the Grand Erg.

There you can bathe in the warm waters, feel the spirit of the Sahara and live as the Bedouin have for centuries.

Returning to Timbaïn, you will travel back to Douz and your hotel for an overnight stay, transferring to your departure airport in the morning.
